Compliance Certificate

A document issued by the contractor affirming that all insurance requirements, safety certifications, licensing obligations, and regulatory standards specified in the MSA are currently satisfied. Unlike a standard certificate of insurance which only evidences coverage, a compliance certificate may also attest to OSHA training completion, competent climber certifications, drug testing programs, and equipment inspection schedules as required by the tower owner or carrier client.
