Monopole

Coverage Structure

A single tubular steel structure used as a telecommunications tower, typically ranging from 80 to 199 feet in height. Monopoles are the most common tower type in suburban and urban deployments due to their smaller footprint and more aesthetically acceptable profile. From an insurance perspective, monopole erection involves crane operations, confined space entry at the base, and fall exposure during antenna mounting, but generally carries lower structural risk than lattice or guyed tower work.
